To qualify, prospective homebuyers must secure a mortgage from a participating bank, credit union or mortgage company.

First-time homebuyer must complete a certified homebuyer education course.  You don't have to be a first-time homebuyer in order to participate in this program!  However, you must reside in the home upon purchase.
